All right title and interest in and to the following in relation to the film: the copyright and all of its other rights, all literary property and ancillary rights, all contracts and contract rights, all other rights and tangible and intangible properties, all rights to distribute the film, all rights in and to the distribution agreements and each other relevant agreement, revenues from book debts and all income and proceeds derived from the foregoing.
