Brief description
Pursuant to the charge, the new chargor charges by way of first legal mortgage all property, including the leasehold property specified in schedule 1 (properties). Pursuant to the charge, the new chargor charges by way of fixed charge all other interests (not charged under clause 2.3(a)(i)) in any property and the benefit of all other agreements relating to land.
