By entering into the deed, the borrower agreed that the rights of the subordinated creditor in respect of the subordinated liabilities are subordinated to the senior liabilities and accordingly payment of any amount (or satisfaction of any) of the subordinated liabilities is conditional upon the borrower having irrevocably paid in full all of the senior liabilities.
