Brief description
Borrower charges to the lender with full title guarantee by way of first legal mortgage each property, being all freehold and leasehold properties, registered or unregistered, and all commonhold properties, now or in the future, owned by the borrower, or in which the borrower holds an interest. Also, as continuing security, borrower grants with full title guarantee charges to the lender by way of first fixed charge all property acquired by the borrower in the future.
