All right, title and interest in and to the entire copyright and all of the chargor's other rights in and to the film being the feature film provisionally entitled the escapist, and all elements contained therein and in any music, music compositions and / or recordings including lyrics, all literary, property and ancillary rights, the revenues from book debts, floating charge all undertaking including all rights, assets, property, stock-in-trade and cash.
