Brief description
1.The chargor charges to the lender by way of first legal mortgage all freehold, leasehold or other immovable property now vested in or charged to the borrower, including the property listed in schedule 2 being a lease between (1) mjf pension trustees limited, (2) andrew peter george yates, (3) steven borthwick, (4) michael robert blackadder, (5) gary david hodson and (6) the borrower, relating to unit 2 winnersh fields, gazelle close, winnersh, wokingham, RG41 5QS with a lease period starting on 22 september 2013 and ending on 21 september. 2. the chargor charges to the lender by way of first fixed charge all freehold, leasehold or immovable property owned by the chargor or in which it has an interest, excluding any leasehold property held by the borrower under a lease which either precludes absolutely or conditionally the borrower from creating any charge over its leasehold interest in that property. 3. the chargor charges to the lender by way of first fixed charge all its intellectual property rights (as defined in the instrument), including the registered intellectual property defined in schedule 3. for more details please refer to the instrument.
