All monies due or to become due from the company to the master issuer secured creditors on any account whatsoever under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge

All rights in respect of the master issuer transaction documents, first fixed charge all rights in respect of any amount standing from time to time to the credit of the master issuer accounts, all interest paid or payable and all debts represented by those amounts.
