Brief description
As continuing security for the payment and/or discharge of the secured liabilities, the companies with full title guarantee charge to the security trustee (as security trustee for itself and the beneficiaries): by way of fixed charge any freehold or leasehold property now and in the future owned by the companies or in which the companies may have an interest; by way of fixed charge, all buildings fixtures and fittings (including trade fixtures and fittings) from time to time in, on or attached to any company's freehold or leasehold (for more details please see debenture).
