Brief description
All current and future land (other than in respect of any leasehold property held by the company under a lease which either precludes absolutely or conditionally the company from creating a charge over its leasehold interest in that property) and all current and future intellectual property owned by the company (to the extent it is capable of being charged by way of a fixed charge) in each case as specified (and defined) in the debenture registered by this form MR01 (the "debenture").
