Amount secured
All monies due or to become due from the company to the chargee under the terms of the aforementioned instrument creating or evidencing the charge
Short particulars
(1)As security for the secured obligations referred to in paragraph 1 under "amount secured by the mortgage or charge" on page 1 of this form, all monies and other property after the date of the trust deed at any time paid or transferred to or otherwise vested in or under the direct or indirect control of the trustees upon the trusts of the trust deed and all accumulations of income and the investments and other property after the date of the trust deed for the time being representing the same. (2)As security for the secured obligations referred to in paragraph 2 under "amount secured by the mortgage of charge" on page 1 of this form the future profits of the underwriting business of the company at lloyd's in respect of long term insurance business, subject to any prior change contained in the companys premiums trust deed or any other trust deed or other instrument of the company at the society.
