With full title guarantee the payment or discharge of all monies, obligations and liabilities hereby covenanted to be paid including all obligations under the factoring agreement and in consideration of the factor agreeing to continue the advance of facilities to the company or discharged by way of a fixed and floating charge over all properties and assets.
