Brief description
As continuing security for the full and punctual payment performance and discharge of the secured obligations as defined in the legal mortgage with full title guarantee and free of any security interest the company charges all its right title and interest from time to time in and to each of the following assets in favour of the lender the freehold property (a) the mortgage and (b) all intellectual property by way of first legal mortgage. (A) the mortgaged property, by way of first legal mortgage, and all other charged property by way of first fixed charge; (b) the tangible moveable property (which is not mortgaged or charged by paragraph (a)) by way of first fixed charge; (c) the investments by way of first fixed charge; (d) the accounts by way of first fixed charge; (e) the insurance policies and insurance rights by way of first fixed charge; (f) the relevant contracts by way of first fixed charge; (g) the receivables by way of first fixed charge; (h) the intellectual property by way of first fixed charge; and (I) all goodwill and rights in relation to the uncalled capital of the relevant obligor by way of first fixed charge.
