Right title and interest in and to the entire copyright and other rights in and to the film "a boy called dad," any rights to any music and other copyright works in connection with the film, all contracts and contract rights bookdebts and all personal property relating to the film, the title of the film, rights to produce licence sell exhibit reproduce lease or orherwise deal with the film, all revenues proceeds products profits of the film. By way of first fixed charge all machinery equipment fixtures vehicles relating to the film, all soundtrack elements, all accounts in connection with the production of the film, all physical properties relating to the film, all insurance policies in connection with the film.
