Right title and interest in under and to the following in relation to the film provisionally entitled "mr nice"- the entire copyright in and to the film and all elements contained therein, all rights in and to the source material, all music used in the film, all merchandising rights, the relevant agreements, the revenues from book debts distribution exhibition of the film, all contracts and policies of insurance in relation to the charged assets , all other tangible and intangible assets in connection with the film, all physical elements of the film, all sums standing to the credit of the chargor in the accounts, all machinery, vehicles relating to the film, by way of first floating charge all present and future undertakings of the chargor only in relation to the film.
