Brief description
The property known as 8 trafalgar road, salford, M6 8JD and registered at the land registry under title number LA91600 (the property), all plant and machinery owned by the borrower and its interest in any plant and machinery in its possession at the property, all fixtures and fittings from time to time attached to the property, all other chattels of the borrower located at the property and not ordinarily disposed of in the ordinary course of business, all benefits in respect of insurance including all claims and refund of any premiums, all rents receivable from any lease granted of the property and all the goodwill of the borrowers business carried on at the property.
