All right title and interest in and to the following in relation to the film provisionally entitled "first grader": all preprint elements, all soundtrack elements, all documents, recepits or books and records, all machinery, electrical, equipment, vehicles, trailers, deposit and other accounts, all physical properties, the copyright, all contracts, all rent, revenues, income, the title of the film, policies of insurance, by way of floating charge all its undertaking and property, assets and rights.
