Brief description
The chargor charges:. (A) by way of a first legal mortgage, the leasehold property known as part of holborn town hall, 193-197 high holborn, london (as shown edged red on the plan set out in part 2 of the schedule to the debenture) held pursuant to a lease dated 3 may 2023 between (1) holborn town hall limited (as landlord), (2) the chargor (as tenant), and (3) the boutique workplace company limited (as a guarantor), (4) moorgarth group holdings limited (as a guarantor) (the “real property”) and all rights under any licence or other agreement or document which gives the chargor a right to occupy or use the real property; and. (B) (to the extent that they are not the subject of a mortgage under paragraph a above) by way of first fixed charge, all the real property and all rights under any licence or other agreement or document which gives the chargor a right to occupy or use the real property.
