(A) all buildings and fixtures and fittings and fixed plant and machinery which are situated on and form part of the property at any time but excluding trade machinery within the meaning of s 5 of the bills of sale act 1878;. (b) the proceeds of sale of any part of the property and any other monies paid or payable in respect of or in connection with the property;. (C) the benefit of any covenants for title given, or entered into, by any predecessor in title of the company in respect of the property and any monies paid or payable in respect of those covenants; and. (D) all rights under any licence, agreement for sale or agreement for lease in respect of the property.
