Brief description
By way of first legal mortgage, the freehold land known as beechdown sawmills, north trade road, battle, TN33 9LJ with title number ESX215120, the freehold land known as land adjoining beechdown sawmills, north trade road, battle, TN33 9LJ with title number ESX324621 and all other land now owned by it.. By way of first fixed charge, all of the rights which it now has and all of the rights which it obtains at any time in the future in land, other than that charged under clause 3.2 of the debenture, intellectual property, and in any rights accruing to, derived from or otherwise connected with them (including insurances and proceeds of disposal [and of insurances]) except to the extent they are assigned under clause 3.3 of the debenture.
