Brief description
The chargor with full title guarantee charges to the security trustee, by way of a first legal mortgage all estates or interests in any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property now owned by it and separately, the chargor with full title guarantee charges to the security trustee by way of a first fixed charge; all present and future estates or interests of the chargor in, or over any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property (other than any such property effectively mortgaged above);. The chargor with full title guarantee charges to the security trustee by way of a first fixed charge, any patents, trade marks, service marks, designs, business names, copyrights, database rights, design rights, domain names, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, knowhow and other intellectual property rights and interests (which may now or in the future subsist), whether registered or unregistered; and the benefit of all applications and rights to use such assets of the borrower (which may now or in the future subsist).
