All and whole the subjects and others known as and formingcomprising queen anne park, queen anne drive, newbridge, edinburgh, EH28 8LH comprisingbeing all and whole those two adjoining areas of ground extending together to three acres and two decimal or one tenth parts of an acre or thereby and situate in the parish of kirkliston, formerly in the county of midlothian and now in the district of the city of edinburgh in lothian region and situate for the purpose of registration of writs in the county of midlothian which comprise (first) all and whole that area or piece of ground extending to two acres and two decimal or tenth parts of an acres or thereby imperial standard measure lying in the parish, district and county aforesaid being the subjects more particularly described in and disponed by and delineated and coloured blue on the plan annexed and subscribed by as relative to feu disposition by the lothian regional council in favour of andrew denholm limited dated 8 october and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of midlothian on 6 november both months 1975 and (second) all and whole that area of ground lying within the parish, district and county aforesaid extending to one acre or thereby imperial standard measure more particularly described in and disponed by and shown coloured pink and outlined in red on the plan annexed and signed as relative to disposition by hewden-stuart plant limited in favour of andrew denholm limited dated 25 march and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on 8 april both months 1975 which said subjects hereinbefore described are shown outlined in red on the plan annexed and signed as relative hereto; together with (one) the whole buildings and others erected thereon; (two) the fixtures and fittings in and upon the property; (three) the whole rights common, mutual, sole and otherwise; (four) the parts, privileges and pertinents thereof; and (five) the chargor' s whole right, title and interest, present and future in and to the property..
