By the instrument, the company charges in favour of the purchaser all its right, title and interest from time to time in and to: (a) the UK patent listed in the instrument with application number 19182383.0 and publication number 3567037, the UK trade mark listed in the instrument with registration number 3834976 and the other product rights owned, licensed or otherwise held by the company, by way of first fixed charge; (b) all products (including all inventory of all of the products) by way of first fixed charge; and (c) any proceeds from products and product rights, including all account receivables and general intangibles resulting from the sale, license or other disposition of all products by the company or its licensees, by way of first fixed charge.
