Brief description
By way of a legal mortgage, each property specified in schedule 1.. by way of a fixed charge: 1. all properties acquired by the chargor in the future. 2. all present and future interests of the chargor not effectively mortgaged or charged under clause 3, or over freehold or leasehold property. 3. all present and future rights, licences, guarantees etc in relation to each property 4. all intellectual property. 5. for further details please refer to the instrument.
