Brief description
By way of legal charge the property known as flat 40, horizon building, 15 hertsmere road, canary wharf, london E14 4AW and registered at land registry under title number EGL423646 (the property).. By way of fixed charge all plant and machinery owned by the borrower and its interest in any plant and machinery in its possession located at the property, all fixtures and fittings from time to time attached to the property, all other chattels of the borrowers located at the property and not ordinarily disposed of in the ordinary course of business, all benefits in respect of the contracts or policies of insurance in which the borrower from time to time has an interest including all claims and refunds of any premiums, all rents receivable from any lease granted of the property and the goodwill of the borrower's business carried on at the property.
