Brief description
By way of fixed charge the charged property & all rights relating to it not effectively mortgaged in the lenders favour as security for the secured liabilities; the book debts & all borrowers rights title interest & benefit in & to the book debts account; all intellectual property owned possessed or controlled by the borrower which is not assigned to the lender; the plant & machinery; the shares; all the goodwill & uncalled capital for the time being of the borrower; by way of floating charge all the undertaking and assets of the borrower whatsoever wherever situate whether movable immovable present or future; but excluding the excluded property.
