All freehold and leasehold, and any other estate in, land and (outside england and wales) immovable property and in each case all buildings and structures upon and all things affixed to the land, including trade and tenant's fixtures and fittings (but excluding, in the case of leasehold property, landlord's fixtures) and fixed plants and machinery in england and wales now vested or not registered at the land registry; registered at the land registry; or which is now or in the future become the chargor's property. All present or future patents, trademarks, service marks and designs, utility models, design rights, copyright, database rights and rights, title interest and benefits in respect of domain names, logo, get up, computer software, brand and trade names, know-how, confidential information, inventions, moral rights, trade secrets and rights in passing off and all other intellectual property rights and interest and all rights under any agreements relating to the use or exploitation of any such rights and, in each case, any extensions or renewals of, and any applications for, these rights.
