Brief description
Under this legal charge the company charges, with full title guarantee:. 1. by way of fixed charge by way of first legal mortgage all rights, title, estate and other interests of the mortgagor in the leasehold land and buildings known as denton burn service station, denton road, newcastle upon tyne, NE15 7DF shown edged red on the attached plan and granted pursuant to a lease dated 20 june 2014 and made between (1) peckvale limited and (2) penny petroleum (north east) limited (title number to allocated by the land registry once leasehold estate registered out of freehold title number TY102770) including all rights attached or appurtenant to it and all buildings, erections, fixtures or fittings (including trade fixtures and fittings but excluding, in the case of leasehold property, landlord’s fixtures), fixed plant and machinery from time to time on it; and. 2. by way of fixed charge all right title, estate and other interests of the mortgagor in all properties, not charged under paragraph 1 above.
