Brief description
The property listed in schedule 1 to the instrument, being: (I) 23 standard way, standard way business park, northallerton DL6 2XA registered at the land registry under title number NYK166350; (ii) land at 23 standard way, standard way business park, northallerton DL6 2XA registered at the land registry under title number NYK169341 (the "property") and all buildings and all. All fixtures and fittings (including trade fixtures and fittings) and fixed plant and machinery now or at any time after the date of this deed on the property and all other freehold, leasehold or commonhold property which is subject to any security created by, under or supplemental to the instrument (the "secured property").. All interests and estates in any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property now or subsequently owned by it (other than any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property effectively charged by way of legal mortgage under clause 3.2 of the instrument) and, in each case, all buildings and all fixtures and fittings (including trade fixtures and fittings) and fixed plant and machinery now or at any time after the date of this instrument on each such property.
