(V) an appointment dated 22 june 2010 and entered into between (1) bruntwood estates alpha portfolio limited (2) stephenson bell architects limited (as assigned by bruntwood estates alpha portfolio limited to bruntwood lg limited on or about the date of this deed). “Property” means:. (I) the leasehold titles registered under title numbers GM825487 and GM853035 at manchester one, portland tower, portland street, manchester M1 3LF;. (Ii) the freehold title registered under title number GM176523 at rodwell tower, 109 and 111 piccadilly, manchester M1 2HY;. (Iii) the freehold title registered under title number LA270917, the leasehold title registered under title number LA206904 and the leasehold title registered under title number LA205414 at st james’s buildings, oxford street, manchester M1 6FQ;. (Iv) the leasehold title registered under title number GM510597 and the leasehold title registered under title number MAN131479 at oxford house, oxford road, manchester M1 7ED; and. (V) the freehold title registered under title number GM85024 at centurion house, 129 deansgate, manchester M3 3RW.
