Brief description
As continuing security for the full and punctual payment performance and discharge of the secured obligations, with full title guarantee and free of any security interest, the company charges all its right, title and interest from time to time in and to each of the following assets in favour of caf bank limited:. (A) st michael's church centre, north road, stoke gifford, bristol BS34 8PD registered under title number GR294419 and GR294418, by way of first legal mortgage;. (B) the tangible moveable property (which is not mortgaged or charged by paragraph (a)) by way of first fixed charge; and. (C) any present or future insurances in respect of any assets which from time to time are the subject of the security.
