All pre-print elements, positive prints, soundtrack elements, documents, deposit and other accounts, physical properties, insurance policies; assigns all literary property, the entire copyright, rights to produce, distribute and exhibit, all contracts, ancillary rights, rent, title of the film; by way of first floating charge all its undertaking to the extent they are not effectively charged by way of a fixed charge or effectively assigned by way of security.
