The leasehold interest granted out of the "propco property" (as defined below) by the lease in relation to the holiday inn, crown buildings, 25 aytoun street, manchester, M1 3DT and made between (1) hi manchester real estate LTD, and (2) sof-10 him assetco limited, with sof-10 him assetco limited being entitled to be registered as proprietor of such leasehold interest.. For the purposes of the above, the “propco property” means the leasehold interest granted out of the freehold interest (registered at the land registry under title number GM756873) by the lease in relation to the holiday inn, crown buildings, 25 aytoun street, manchester, M1 3DT and made between (1) bbc pension trust limited, and (2) sof-10 him assetco limited, as transferred to hi manchester real estate LTD with hi manchester real estate LTD being entitled to be registered as proprietor of such leasehold interest.
