As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the borrower with full title guarantee charges to homes england, by way of first legal mortgage, each property specified in schedule 1, being the freehold property known as land on the north side of great north road, micklefield, leeds registered at land registry under title number YY20594 as identified on plan a attached to this deed; the freehold property known as old methodist chapel, great north road, micklefield, leeds LS25 4AQ registered at the land registry under title number WYK654689 as identified on plan b attached to this deed; the freehold property known as land on the south-west side of great north road, micklefield, leeds, LS25 4AN registered at the land registry under title number YY118130 as identified on plan c attached to this deed; the freehold property known as 5 church close cottage, great north road, micklefield, leeds, LS25 4AN registered at the land registry under title number YY118127 as identified on plan d attached to this deed; and the freehold property comprised in the transfer dated 23 july 2019 and made between (1) nigel stuart marsden and ailsa margaret marsden and (2) cc homes limited known as land at church close cottage, great north road, micklefield, leeds, LS25 4AN forming part of the property registered at the land registry under title number WYK233896 as identified on plan e attached to this deed.. As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the borrower with full title guarantee charges to homes england, by way of first fixed charge, all properties acquired by the borrower in the future; all present and future interests of the borrower not effectively mortgaged or charged under the preceding provisions of the charging document, in or over freehold or leasehold property; all the intellectual property..
