Brief description
The borrower, with full title guarantee , charges by way of a fixed charge in favour of the lender the book debts and all debts, revenues and claims present and future whatsoever and wheresoever (including choses in action which may give rise to a debt, revenue or claim) due or owing or which may become due or owing to or purchased or otherwise acquired by the borrower including, without limitation, all sums receivable by it by virtue of all leases, leasing agreements, agreements for lease or hire purchase agreements and the proceeds of realisation of same and the full benefit of all rights and remedies relating thereto, including all negotiable and non-negotiable instruments, guarantees, indemnities and rights of tracing and all other rights and remedies of any nature whatsoever in respect of same.. "Book debts" all present and future book and other debts, and monetary claims due or owing to the borrower, and the benefit of all security, guarantees and other rights of any nature enjoyed or held by the borrower in relation to any of them.
Contains floating charge.
Floating charge covers all the property or undertaking of the company.
