Brief description
A legal mortgage over all land now owned by the company including the land which is described in schedule 1 of the deed. A fixed charge over: all land which the company acquires in the future; all the goodwill and uncalled capital of the company, present or future; the securities; the insurances; the intellectual property; the rents; the debts; the asset contractors; the other claims; the fixed plant and equipment; and the loose plant and equipment. A floating charge over all those assets which are not for any reason effectively mortgaged, charged or assigned by the debenture, including any immovable property situated in scotland and any assets in scotland.
