E) the freehold land being 4, 9, 10, 11 and 12 great hampton street and 18 barr street, birmingham registered with title number WM734463; and. F) the freehold land being the land on the south side of barr street, birmingham registered at the land registry with title number WM648767.. All other real property (as defined) as at the date of the charging instrument vested in, or charged to, the chargor.. All other real property and all interests in real property not otherwise charged as above..
