Brief description
(1) the company grants a fixed charge over all freehold and leasehold properties (whether registered or unregistered) and all commonhold properties owned by the company at the date on which the instrument was dated, or in the future (and from time to time), or in which the company holds an interest (including, but not limited to, [insert address of any property listed in the schedule]).
