Brief description
The mortgagor with full title guarantee (as defined in the legal charge), as continuing security for the payment of all secured liabilities (as defined in the legal charge), charges in favour of santander UK PLC (as security trustee for the group members): (1) by way of fixed charge by way of legal mortgage, all rights, title, estate and other interests of the mortgagor in the charged property being all that freehold property known as land situated on the south east side of taporley road, oakmere, northwich CW8 2ES (title number CH512055), all that freehold property known as nunsmere lake and adjoining woodland, on the east side of tarporley road, oakmere CW8 2ES (title number CH432164), all that freehold property known as nunsmere hall, tarporley road, sandiway CW8 2ES (title number CH253753), and all that freehold property known as nunsmere lake on the east side of tarporley road, oakmere, northwich CW8 2ES (title number CH512053); and (2) by way of fixed charge in so far as the legal mortgage set out in clause 3.1.1 of the legal charge or the assignments as set out in clause 3.2 of the legal charge are, for any reason, ineffective as a legal mortgage or assignments (as the case may be), all of the assets, properties, revenues and rights of the mortgagor referred to in those clauses.
