(B) future land: any adjoining land from time to time belonging to or charged to the company and "adjoining land" means any other freehold or leasehold land from time to time owned by the company forming part of the development as such term is defined in the planning agreement being the planning and development services agreement between the company and integrated planning opportunities N0.21 Limited liability partnership dated 18 march 2014..
