Flight club darts limited charges by way of first legal mortgage the properties and all buildings and all fixtures on each of the properties (being, the property known as unit 8, nova north, london SW1W and more particularly as demised by a lease dated 11 october 2018 and made between (1) victoria circle limited partnership (acting by its general partner victoria circle gp limited) (the “main lease”) and being the ground floor and first floor premises shown shaded pink on plan 1 and plan 2 to the main lease - leasehold title to be allocated out of NGL926760 and the property known as external terrace area on the first floor of the nova north building adjacent to unit 8, nova north, london SW1W and more particularly as demised by a lease dated 11 october 2018 and made between (1) victoria circle limited partnership (acting by its general partner victoria circle gp limited) (the “terrace lease”) and being the premises shown shaded pink on plan 1 to the terrace lease - leasehold title to be allocated out of NGL926760).. Flight club darts limited assigns: the relevant agreements; all rental income and all other sums payable under any occupational lease; and the insurance policies.. Flight club darts limited shall remain liable to perform all its obligations under each relevant agreement and each insurance policy during the security period.. Flight club darts limited charges by way of first fixed charge:. All interests and estates in any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property now or subsequently owned by it (other than any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property effectively charged by way of legal mortgage) and, in each case, all buildings and fixtures on each such property;. The proceeds of sale of the secured property and all licences to enter on or use any secured property;. The benefit of all other agreements, instruments and rights relating to the secured property;. All monies from time to time standing to the credit of each rent account; and. To the extent that any assignment is ineffective as an assignment, the assets referred to in that clause.
