Brief description
A fixed charge over the chattels, all rights in each insurance policy including any proceeds of any claims from the same, the benefit of each relevant agreement, the benefit of all other contracts, guarantees, appointments, warranties relating to the chattels and other documents and all authorisations (statutory or otherwise) held or required in connection with the use of any secured assets and all rights in connection with them.
