Brief description
Intellectual property means all present and future rights in respect of any database, software, patent, copyright, trade mark, service mark, invention, design, semi-conductor topography, knowhow, confidential information or any other kind of intellectual property throughout the world for the full term of the rights concerned whether registered or unregistered and including: any registration or application for registration, licence or permission relating to any of the foregoing; reversions, extensions and renewals of any such rights; and rights of action in relation to any such rights (including the right to sue for and recover damages for past infringements).. Licences means any licences or consents granted to or by the chargor in relation to any intellectual property.. Mortgaged property means the property detailed in schedule 1 (mortgaged property) and mortgaged to the lender by the chargor pursuant to a legal mortgage of even date. The mortgage property includes (1) whole freehold of 94 dropmore road, burnham, slough SL1 8EL, (2) part freehold of land on north side of 33 linkswood road, burnham SL1 8AS, (3) part freehold of 96 dropmore road, burnham, slough SL1 8EL and (4) part freehold of 33 linkswood road, burnham SL1 8AS.. Real property means freehold, leasehold or other immoveable property (but excluding for these purposes the mortgaged property) and any buildings, erections, fixtures, fittings, fixed plant or machinery from time to time situated on or forming part of such property and easements or other rights servicing that property.. Notification of addition to or amendment of charge.
