Brief description
1) by way of legal mortgage, all freehold and leasehold property held by the chargor in england and wales and other real property anywhere in the world (in each case including and estate or interest therein, all rights from time to time attached or relating thereto and all fixtures from time to time therein or thereon) ("real property").. 2) by way of fixed equitable charge, all other real property now belonging to the chargor and all real property acquired by it in the future (including the intended lease at the green end, stowbridge, stretham, ely, cambs, CB6 3LF, between fields 16 and 17 limited (as landlord) and the chargor (as tenant)).. 3) by way of fixed charge, all other tangible movable property now belonging to the chargor and all tangible moveable property acquired by the chargor in the future; and. 4) by way of fixed charge all of the chargor's present and future book debts, bank accounts, investments, uncalled capital and goodwill, intellectual property, beneficial interest in any pension fund, plant and machinery and any contract or policies or insurance taken out on behalf of the chargor and all related proceeds, claims of any kind, returns of premium and other benefits.
