Brief description
The company, with full title guarantee, hereby charges to the security trustee as a continuing security for the payment, discharge and performance of the secured obligations (further defined in the debenture):. (A) by way of first legal mortgage, all properties (freehold and leasehold property wherever situated) now owned by the company or in which the company has an interest;. (B) by way of first fixed charge (to the extent not the subject of a legal mortgage by virtue of clause 3.1(a) (of the debenture) all present and future properties now or from time to time hereafter owned by the company or in which the company may have an interest;. (C) by way of first fixed charge, the goodwill and uncalled capital of the company; and. (D) by way of first fixed charge, all intellectual property (as defined in the debenture), now or from time to time hereafter owned by the company or in which the company may have an interest.
