Brief description
As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the borrower with full title guarantee charges to the lender, by way of first legal mortgage, the property specified in schedule 1 of the charging document, being the freehold property known as land on the north west side of strawberry hill, lympstone, devon comprised in the transfer dated 9 february 2017 and made between (1) sonia anita allchurch and andy j dyer limited, and (2) the borrower shown edged red on the plan attached to the charging document and being part of the property registered at the land registry with title absolute under title number DN149390.. As a continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, the borrower with full title guarantee charges to the lender, by way of fixed charge, all properties acquired by the borrower in the future; all present and future interests of the borrower not effectively mortgaged or charged under the preceding provisions of the charging document, in or over freehold or leasehold property; and all the intellectual property..
