Brief description
Continuing security by way of a fixed charge over the following assets of the company:- (1) all estate or interests in any freehold or leasehold property in england and wales now vested in the borrowers name or future vested in the borrower's name (2) all other interests belonging to it in or over land or the proceeds of sale of land and all licences now or in the future held by it to enter on or us eland (3) the benefit of all other agreements relating to the property to which it is or may become a party or otherwise entitled (3) all plant and machinery owned by the borrower and any interest in the plant and machinery (4) all shares and related rights (5) insurances, claims and refund of premiums (6) rights under the appointment of any managing agent of any of the borrower's properties (7) deposits (8) company's book debts, other debts and prepayments and their proceeds, security interests, collateral instruments and other rights connected (9) all goodwill and uncalled capital (10) benefit of all authorisations connected with company's business or the use of any charged assets together with the recovery and received of compensation connected to such authorisation or charged assets.
