Brief description
This is a memorandum of deposit over cash whereby the depositor ("2BHENNA limited") with full title guarantee and as a continuing security for the payment and discharge of all the "liabilities"(known as all indebtedness, liabilities and obligations referred to in clause 2 'covenant to pay' section of the memorandum of deposit) hereby in favour of the bank by way of first fixed charge the deposit and each and every debt represented by the deposit.. The depositor has agreed to deposit with the bank at its office at unit 1, wells road business centre, wells road, ilkley the sum of £10,000.00 and all other sums from time to time standing to the depositor's credit on the depositor's account designated as "cash deposit account", held with the ilkley branch of the bank or any deposit account with the bank, together with any interest from time to time accruing from the deposit.. In summary, all the company's liabilities to svenska handelsbanken ab (publ) of any kind and in any currency (whether present or future, actual or contingent and whether incurred alone or jointly with another) including banking charges, commission, interest, costs and expenses..
