Brief description
(A) all freehold and leasehold property of the company and any buildings or fixtures on or forming part of such property;. (B) all estates and interests of the company in any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property;. (C) any patents, patent applications, trade marks, service marks, trade mark and/or service mark applications, designs, trade or business names, copyrights, database rights, design rights, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, domain names, computer software, know-how, trade secrets, inventions and other intellectual property rights and interests of the company which may now or in the future exist, whether registered or unregistered and the benefit of all applications and rights to use such assets of the company which may now or in the future exist;. (D) the proceeds of sale and/or other realisations of the property, assets and rights referred to in paragraph (c) above; and. (E) all security, options, agreements, rights, easements, benefits, indemnities, guarantees, warranties or covenants for title in respect of such property or assets, all monies paid or payable in respect thereof and all rights under any lease, licence or agreement for sale or use in respect of such property and assets.
