The chargor charged by way of fixed charge all its rights under any occupational lease in the property, the goodwill of any business carried on at the property by or on behalf of the chargor, and where the chargor also owns or is entitled to a share in any company by virtue of the chargor’s interest in the property, all the chargor’s rights, title and interest in and any benefits out of each share.
