Brief description
(A) all freehold and leasehold property of the company situated in england and wales and any buildings or fixtures from time to time on or forming part of such property;. (B) all estates and interests of the company in any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property;. (C) all patents, patent applications, trade marks, service marks, trade mark and/or service mark applications, designs, trade or business names, copyrights, database rights, design rights, moral rights, inventions, confidential information, domain names, computer software, know-how, trade secrets, inventions and other intellectual property rights and interests of the company which may now or in the future exist, whether registered or unregistered;. (D) the benefit of all applications and rights of the company to use such assets which may now or in the future exist; and. (E) the proceeds of sale and/or other realisations of the assets referred to in paragraphs (c) and (d) above, all security options, agreements, rights easements, benefits, indemnities, guarantees, warranties or covenants for title in respect of such assets and all monies paid or payable in respect thereof and all rights under any lease, licence or agreement for sale or use in respect of such property and assets.
